Assistant takes care of not only assisting in
brainstorming deals, but also in discussion of which
lender is better poised to approve a file at a better
price and rate. Our experienced processors will act as
your guide as to which lenders are in the “zone”
offering incentives, better deals for borrowers and
faster turn times - and which are not.

The LO provides an application and authorization to
run credit (or forwards credit report).

Loan Officer Assistant works with LO to brainstorm
and design best loan options and will shop with at
least 3 lenders / programs for optimal results.

Loan Officer Assistant takes care of the rest,
including all aspects of Processing that fall under
Complete Processing.

Additionally, Loan Officer Assistant will also send
a Thank you letter and gift to the borrower
on Loan Officer’s behalf right after closing.
